Introduction to Intermittent Fasting

This course is a 4-week plan to introduce intermittent fasting with guidelines and suggestions to adjust to your own needs and situation.  Our goal is provide a simple, easy to follow guide for normal people to experience the benefits of fasting.

Each week, you will receive an email with a link to that week’s lesson.  Additionally, you will have access to Ryan and our health coaches via a private Facebook page for questions and concerns along the way. This private group is also a place to connect and find support with other people who are on the intermittent fasting journey.
